1. About Classic Automobiles Garage

Classic Automobiles Garage is a two-wheeler repair and service business operated by founder Aman Tiwari, located at Shop No. 14, Status Elysium, Ground Floor, Near Western Height, Gota, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382481, India. We provide motorcycle and scooter repair, servicing, spare parts supply, and doorstep pickup & drop services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, filling our contact form, calling us, or using any of our services, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

3. Service Terms

3.1 Booking & Appointments

Service appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or the website contact form. Booking requests are subject to confirmation by our team. We reserve the right to decline service bookings at our discretion.

3.2 Diagnosis & Approval

Before commencing any repair work beyond the initially booked service, we will:

• Conduct a thorough inspection and diagnosis of your vehicle
• Inform you of any additional issues found
• Provide a written or verbal cost estimate for any additional work
• Obtain your explicit approval before proceeding

We will not undertake any unquoted or unapproved work without your prior consent.

3.3 Pricing

Service prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final charges may vary if additional issues are discovered during inspection. Any price variation will be communicated and approved before work proceeds. Prices are inclusive of labour; parts are charged separately unless stated in a package.

3.4 Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service before vehicle collection or delivery. We accept cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfers. We do not offer credit facilities.

4. Pickup & Drop Service Terms

• Pickup and drop service is available within 15 km of our Gota workshop
• Your vehicle's condition will be documented at pickup via photographs or written notes
• We take reasonable care during transportation; however, Classic Automobiles Garage is not liable for pre-existing damage not documented at pickup
• Estimated pickup and drop times are provided as guidance and may vary due to traffic or operational factors
• A nominal transport fee may apply for distances beyond 5 km

5. Warranty on Repairs

Classic Automobiles Garage provides a 30-day labour warranty on most completed repairs. This means:

• If the same issue recurs within 30 days of repair due to our workmanship, we will fix it at no additional labour charge
• Warranty does not cover new issues unrelated to the original repair
• Warranty is void if the vehicle is taken to another workshop for the same issue or if the repair area is tampered with
• Parts carry manufacturer warranty where applicable — we will assist in processing claims

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle and the issue
• Collect your vehicle within 7 days of service completion unless alternative arrangements are made
• Not hold Classic Automobiles Garage liable for issues arising from your failure to follow post-service advice
• Ensure payment is made as agreed

Vehicles left uncollected for more than 30 days without communication may be subject to a storage fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

Classic Automobiles Garage's liability for any service-related claim shall be limited to the cost of the specific repair in question. We are not liable for:

• Loss of income or consequential losses due to vehicle downtime
• Pre-existing or unrelated vehicle defects
• Damage caused by customer-supplied parts
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

8. Website Use

The content on classicautomobilesgarage.com is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties that the content is error-free, complete, or up-to-date. We reserve the right to modify website content at any time without notice.
